When the system behind Betech's old website was about to be upgraded, they took the opportunity to get a new and more contemporary website.

Goal & challenge
Betech wanted a website that gives the impression of a modern company while making it easier to be a Betech employee and customer.
The company's specialized products and customers place high demands on documentation such as material data sheets and declarations of conformity - and the plan is for customers to be able to request the necessary documents quickly and easily on the new website.
"It will make our workday easier, because right now it's done by customers calling or writing to us and asking for the documents. A new self-service solution on the website will make it easier and faster for the customer" - Kenneth Krag Møller, Marketing Manager at Betech.
Task description
Betech had three wishes for their new website from the start:
- It should leave the impression of a specialist company that can advise on and produce custom polymer products.
- It should have some technical solutions, such as an ordering portal and eventually other relevant
- It should allow Betech to expand the website over time while not being too costly.
So far, Betech has worked with a major web agency on their old website, and although this has worked well, Betech wanted a supplier with a different profile, explains Kenneth Krag Møller.
"We wanted a partner that matches us in terms of size and working method. We chose Mr. Toucans because they have short chains of command, just like we do. Therefore, we can move quickly," he says.

Results
The collaboration with Mr. Toucans started with a dialogue about Betech's digital marketing. Subsequently, it has been expanded to include the new website and email marketing.
All the wishes have been fulfilled on Betech's new website, says Kenneth Krag Møller and adds: "I'm extremely satisfied with the technical solution, it works well. We are now waiting to see if and when we need to build more."
The collaboration with Mr. Toucans continues, and for good reason: "We have received a lot of value for money from Mr. Toucans. There's still a bit of fine-tuning with some autotranslate, but otherwise we've made good progress with our digitization. My impression is also that the website has been received very positively," Kenneth Krag Møller concludes.
