The consequences of not providing the personal data are not being able to participate in competitions, contact Mr. Toucans or use online services on mrtoucans.dk, and purchase products.

Access to personal data

Our partners and suppliers must comply with Mr. Toucan's instructions for storage and processing of personal data. It is also Mr. Toucan's responsibility that storage and processing is in accordance with data protection legislation.

Storage period

We will retain the personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the above purposes, but for no longer than

data collected on mrtoucans.dk is stored until the user asks for it to be deleted
Contact information and query details are stored for a maximum of 12 months from the end of the query
Contest data is stored for a maximum of 12 months after the prize is shipped and received
Purchase information and delivery information from mrtoucans.dk is stored for a maximum of 6 years after the purchase has taken place, in accordance with accounting legislation

Your rights
