Jens Wessberg had a relatively new website that he was not satisfied with. His dissatisfaction was mainly due to the fact that it was very complicated to add new content to the site, which meant that it was not updated often enough.
Therefore, his interest was quickly piqued when he was contacted by Bo from Mr. Toucans, who had analysed the website and informed him that it was not GDPR-compliant and, in various ways, not optimised. And when Bo demonstrated how easy it is for even ordinary IT users to update a WordPress site from Mr. Toucans, the decision was easy, and he chose to start with a completely new website.

Task description
The agreement initially covered the setup and GDPR compliance of a WordPress website, as well as subsequent hosting and monthly GDPR scanning and updating – plus ongoing help with LinkedIn posts. Jens says that Mr. Toucans handled the project efficiently:
”Anders is strong on the technical side, and we were quickly presented with a draft of the new website. Bo was involved throughout the process and is good at articulating the process and explaining the various web technical terms – all in all, a constructive and lightning-fast process.”
For a niche business like Jens Wessberg's, it is important that a new website does not take too many resources away from day-to-day operations and that you are only involved when necessary. Jens’ colleague Alexzander was the project coordinator, which fortunately was a role that did not require much effort.
Result
The new website and increased activity on LinkedIn will play a more active role in Jens Wessberg's sales efforts going forward: LinkedIn posts will increase traffic to the website, which now presents the company's unique competencies in the best possible way and contains a number of calls to action.
