KTL Sports Floors wanted to update their catalog material and website to make them both appear more modern and consumer-oriented. At the same time, the look and feel of the two needed to be consistent, as one of the purposes of the catalog was to direct people to the website.

"It was a challenge to run the catalog and website in parallel at the same time. But Mr. Toucans created a design that worked both in the catalog and in the virtual part. At the same time, they delivered some good considerations in relation to the user journey. What the user really needs to know to want to invest in a sports floor with us." "We don't have those skills in our company. There were far too many technical specifications in our catalog. It was too technical and too overwhelming. Here, Mr. Toucans has provided some good considerations in relation to the user journey. We now have a brochure and a website where the technical specifications don't overshadow the message: that we make really good sports floors."

Results

KTL Sports Floors can now send potential customers to the website with peace of mind. The website gives the impression of a professional company that can handle even the biggest projects. In this way, the company has been able to build credibility around their profile, for example by showing previous projects.

"The website has meant that if anyone had doubts about whether we could deliver, they no longer do," says Ole Slott.

Ole and KTL Sports Floors have also gained a tool for future marketing in the form of the reports provided by Mr. Toucans. It gives an impression of who is looking at the website, which is useful," says Ole Slott.
